Last time i went to the states i was all over Steve Madden, then i sort of forgot about him, but here’s a couple of pairs of shoes i am dreaming about!
I pack a backpack
ARRRGHHHH im leaving my little home for crazy travels in LESS THAN A WEEK!! Im so totally devo about leaving my family and some great friends, but what about my clothes!!!!!! I had a trial the other day at packing and its come to the point where i have to choose my fav things. Alas they don’t all fit in the tiny bag, i hate the bag :( Im also hoping to god they don’t get ruined (good at that these days) How am i possibly going to choose some clothes over others, i don’t want to hurt their feelings haha The other dilemma is I wanna look hot and stylish but backpackers NEVER look good… fact. Oh the stress. People in the USA wear high heels during the day, that’ll never happen for me haha
If anyone has any good pointers about this drama then please help a sister out! Im also wondering where there are some cool places in New York to go out?

goodbyes
I just had to say goodbye to one of my best friends. My partner in crime, she has helped me grow and been there for me so so much. She is moving to Melbourne to pursue photography and I leave for a crazy world adventure in 2 weeks. It was my first and definitely one of the hardest goodbyes. I hate saying them. love you forever ash im gonna miss you and our trashbag times!

eating out
I was taken to restaurant amuse last night for my farewell at work. It was the NICEST meal, 10 courses with matching international and local wines at about $200 a pop. Worth every cent i didn’t pay for it hahah Everything was perfectly seasoned and matched so each mouthful was like a little party in your mouth. I really liked the dehydrated watermelon with cured kingfish.
If you have a special occasion I would recommend this place (so would many other people, has been voted best restaurant in perth), fork out and pay it. soooo lovely
