Well another Southbound has passed and it was another awesome festival! I camped this year which was good but takes it out of you. We went pretty hard the friday night, snuck in heaps of booze and struggled on saturday. Santogold, The Hives, The Kooks and Architecture in Helsinki were awesome. I wanna give big ups to some awesome outfits. Lots of tie-dies, denim shorts and sandles and tassels(my fav atm). I didn’t get many pics of people purely coz im lazy and my partner in crime was missing booo. Also i realllly think southbound organisers need to provide more shade i seriously almost died of heat and sunburn, cocks. Love to hear other peoples thoughts on the days?

New years!!
I know New Years is always a let down but I hope everyone has an awesome time! The best nights are those unplanned, well thats what i’m rollin wid this year. My Big Bali Bonanza
So im back from Bali and it was fucking awesome. I didn’t get blowen up by terrorists or get bali belly or fall off my scooter!
I did get burnt, drunk HEAPS of cocktails, ate some ephodrin, fanged around on the scooter, smoked some balinese sugar darts, honked the sheesha pipe, went to water bomb park, bought a Bintang singlet and made an appearence at the Bounty hahha My trashy hoilday with my BF was the best.
The shopping was so good! I hadn’t been for almost 10years and was so surprised how much it has changed. I thought i wouldn’t find any good buys, but boy silly me!! Down Legian street towards Seminyak there are heaps of sick boutiques. They even have a Religion shop (religion is only stocked in Sydney at one shop but they always feature it in Russh) yeww. I don’t think i have ever seen so many shops with gladiator sandles, bought a few of those babies back. They also have a Topshop, which wasn’t that good but I did find some hot undies!
Well i just bought the whole series of Gossip girl and im hooked, back to it.

Kings of Leon will be headlining the return of the Rock-It festival on March 8th. Not sure how I feel about this but I will probably go. I’m not keen at all on their new cd (there I said it!) but they have a sick live show. Tickets go on sale Nov 27th and the rest of the line up is yet to be announced.
Now to explain myself, I wrote the first bit late at night. I think their new cd is boring compared to their last few. I really dig their old short sharp sound and sweet riffs. Their new cd has a few really great songs (the first is my personal fav) but they’re so fucking SLOW. I think if they play a set with all their new songs it will be boring, how can i rock out to that shit compared to their old stuff?? Bring back the trani.

Jose Gonzalez is also playing on Feb 14th, im going with my bf for our valentines day awww. But I can’t wait to rock out to these guys. If you haven’t heard of them get on board!!
